Back to ESE home pageThe task force is investigating a series of failures in the SVX system that have similar characteristics and started about May 2002. There appears to be somehow related failures in two areas of the detector, one around the DOIM power lines and the other within the power jumpers connecting the phi- and z-side hybrids together.
